Receiving Order Guidelines

As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. Once the order is processed and your outfit(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.. We accept returns within 15 days of receipt.
